The HKSC-300G microcomputer controlled relaxation testing machine is mainly used for relaxation testing of threaded steel bars, steel strands, and PC steel bars, and can detect the uniaxial tensile relaxation strength and other characteristics of metal wires. It can be widely used in quality inspection departments, construction units, steel wire and steel bar production enterprises, and is a new type of testing equipment for modern building mechanics testing.
The design of the testing machine host and auxiliary equipment combines advanced technology from well-known mechanical testing institutions at home and abroad, with beautiful appearance, easy operation, stable and reliable performance. The computer system uses a servo controller to control the rotation of the servo motor through a speed control system. After being decelerated by a reduction system, it drives the moving crossbeam forward and backward through a precision screw pair to complete the relaxation mechanical performance test of the sample. It has no pollution, low noise, high efficiency, and a very large speed control range and crossbeam movement distance.
The main structure of the testing machine is compact, occupying a small space, and the constant temperature and vibration free conditions required for relaxation testing are easily met. The machine adopts a fully digital servo speed control system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance, and a servo motor as the driving system. The controller is the core of the control system, and the control and data processing software with WINDOWS as the operating interface realizes the screen display of test force, peak test force, beam displacement, test deformation, and test curve. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through a mouse. Good humanized design makes the experimental operation more convenient.
