This series of drop hammer tear impact testing machines is a device used to conduct drop hammer tear tests (referred to as DWTT test method) on pipeline steel and ferritic steel, and is suitable for drop hammer impact testing of various ferritic steels, especially various pipeline steels. Complies with GB/T8363-2007 and ASTM E436 test methods. The mainframe of the testing machine adopts a four support column stable structure with good rigidity and double sliding guide rails. It has an automatic sample feeding mechanism, positioning mechanism, anti tipping mechanism, safety mechanism, hydraulic buffer device, sample recovery device, and safety protection device. The preset impact energy can be adjusted by controlling the height of the hammer or adding or removing counterweights. The JL series belongs to the digital drop hammer tear impact testing machine.
