Introduction:

Instrumented drop hammer impact testing machine is used to simulate the force analysis and performance evaluation of steel, parts, functional modules, and products under drop, collision, and high-speed impact. The equipment adopts a four column design, with high overall rigidity and excellent seismic performance. It is guided by circular guide rails, automatically lifts, releases, and brakes the hammer, and has anti secondary impact and safety barriers to ensure the safe operation of the entire machine.

1. The whole machine consists of a base, square columns, guide cylinders, buffer devices, supports, jaws, lifting mechanisms, release mechanisms, and safety devices.

2. The jaws and mounting plate are installed at the base position, and can slide to adjust the size and installation method of the sample.

3. The buffering device adopts hydraulic buffering method to ensure smooth operation at low speeds and absorb residual energy at high speeds.

4. The falling hammer consists of a hammer body, a counterweight, a hook, and an impact force sensor. Weight adjustment can be carried out according to standard requirements.

5. The lifting and releasing mechanism is controlled by pneumatic means to move the crossbeam, or by servo control for precise positioning.

6. The impact force sensor can be configured with dynamic force sensors ranging from 500N-5000kN, with high response frequency and accurate and reliable measurement.
