What are the vulnerable components of electronic tensile testing machines

It has become the main equipment for material testing nowadays because it has the advantages of easy operation and high accuracy.

The electronic tensile testing machine is mainly used for tensile compression and bending tests of materials such as plastic plates, pipes, profiles, plastic films and rubber, wires and cables, waterproofing membranes, metal wires, etc. It is an ideal testing equipment for industrial and mining industries, commercial inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, engineering quality monitoring stations, and other parts.

Every user of an electronic tensile testing machine should have a basic understanding of the machine before use, especially some vulnerable parts, including accessories, motors, sensors, sheet metal, and sheet metal. In addition, due to the metal material of the component, there may be rusting, corrosion, and other phenomena during long-term use.

4. Sheet metal: Sheet metal is the outer layer of the tensile machine, which may be damaged due to frequent use or accidental scratching of the sheet metal. In this case, it is necessary to repair it in a timely manner to avoid corrosion and scrap of the sheet metal caused by impurities such as water. Common sheet metal damages include severe deformation during transportation due to bumps, collisions, and other factors.
