The rubber of electronic tensile testing machine, as a material with good elasticity, has been widely used in various aspects of production and life. Therefore, the tensile performance of rubber has become an important indicator for evaluating the quality of rubber.
At present, the testing of rubber tensile properties is mainly based on GB/T528-98 "Determination of Tensile Properties of Vulcanized Rubber and Thermoplastic Rubber", with dumbbell shaped specimens being the main samples.
Testing the tensile performance of rubber specimens is the study of the stress-strain curve of the rubber specimen during the tensile process. During the test, the rubber tensile testing machine is operated at a specified speed, and the specimen is stretched while tracking the test marks. Several or all of the following items are recorded as required:
1、 The force value at the time of sample fracture (fracture strength);
2、 The elongation at constant stress when the specimen is stretched to a given stress (elongation at constant stress);
3、 The elongation at break of the specimen (elongation at break). a. The force value at which the specimen is stretched to a given elongation (tensile stress);
4、 The elongation corresponding to the yield point (yield point elongation);
5、 The maximum force value (tensile strength) that occurs during the process of stretching the specimen to fracture;
6、 The force value corresponding to the yield point (yield point tensile stress);
